        Royal Entrada,  a residential Project located at Wakad with better connectivity to Mumbai Pune express way and Hinjewadi IT park, bhumkar chowk is at walking distance from Royal Entrada residential project. This is one of the prime project of 5 Star construction group. Royal Grandeur, Royal Glory, Royal Grace, Aundh Road, Royal Tranquil, Pimple Saudagar Pune Royal Imperio & Spot 18 are some of the projects which are developed by 5 Star group. Major advantage is the connectivity from Mumbai Pune express way and Hinjewadi IT Park.

I found that sales office was designed in such a way that if any buyer comes to the place he or she must get impressed by the interior of sales office.

A lady came and asked “How can I help you Sir?”

        “I am Vikram, a real estate blogger. I want to know more about this project so that I can help out the property buyers of Pune.” I said.

“Oh! So you are not a flat buyer?” She said.

        “I am not looking for any flat for purchase but I can recommend this project to flat buyers if I really like this project.” I said.

        “First of all I would request you to just have a look on the sample flat later on I will give you more information about Royal Entrada project.” She said.

        She called to an executive and asked him to show me the sample flat. I saw sample flat. It was a fully furnished sample flat. It seems that the interior of sample flat was designed by a professional Architect.

I believe designing of interior of a sample flat is just a way to attract customers.

Later on that lady requested me to come to his cabin for explaining about this project.




        She explained all the things layout plans, amenities, quality, project design, price and all and also told me that Royal Entrada has been registered under GRIHA.

“What is GRIHA?” I said.   

        “Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment is an organization or It is a rating tool which that helps people assesses performances of their projects against certain benchmarks.” She said.

        “Our project has all essential features like Rainwater and Storm-Water Harvesting, Sewage Treatment Plant, Renewable Energy, Water Treatment Plant etc. These all can minimize the environmental impact.” She said.

(1) Price seems high comparatively to other projects at Wakad.
(2) Possession can be delayed. 
(3) Traffic can be a issue in future.
