Now look at the floor plan. Bedroom sizes are 10 x 11, and 11 x 12.6. and living is 18.6 x 11. Six flat on each floor. Terrace size 12.6 x 9 which is I think spacious. Most of the buyers prefer a small sizes terrace because they think that space can be utilize in some other areas like bedroom or living. Kitchen is attached with dry balcony size is 4 x 8.
