Kolte-Patil Developers have started giving possession of flats in Apartments in Ivy Botanica & Umang Premiere .
Kolte-Patil Developers have sent possession notification to
the flat owners in Ivy Estate Wagholi. The process of possession of flats have
started from 1st week of February 2014.
Total near by 970 flats will be handed over to the buyers.
Kolte-Patil will take couple of months to complete the process of handing over
of all flats. Possession will be given on first come first serve basis provided
that all the payments are done.
Kolte-Patil has got the Completion Certificate. I came to
know that it is a partly Completion Certificate . I put this question in front
of the developer. Sales Person replied “We have received Completion Certificate
for Ivy Apartment phase one and we are
planning to for 2nd phase of Ivy Apartments after that we can get
the Full Completion.”
To avail income tax benefit/exemption under section 24B
property buyer can submit official Possession letter along with attached
Completion Certificate during the financial year. To obtain the Official
Possession letter the customer need to make the complete payments as per the
final demand letter and the Official Possession letter can be released within
ten working days.
