House buyers, Do not expect much from government budget. After 10 years NDA government has come in the
power after ruling of UPA government of 10 years.
House buyers are
hoping some positive steps from one month old NDA government in support of house
buyers.
First union budget of Narendra Modi’s government will be
presented by honorable finance minister Mr. Arun Jaitley of financial year
2014-15 on 10th July 2014. People have lot of hope from the budget
announcement.
All common people have lot of hope from the upcoming union
budget by Indian government.
Every common man dreams to own a house. House buyer will
always expect that government should take some positive steps on tax exemption
limit on housing loan and also other taxes which has to be paid by house buyers.
While buying a house a house buyer has to pay many government
taxes. If we include all government taxes it comes around 8 to 10% of property
price. 8 to 10% amount is a huge amount which is paid by a house buyer while
buying house. High property rates and these government tax already made it
difficult to own a house for a common man.
The main agenda of NDA government is to reviving Indian economy. It shows by some steps taken by the less than one month old government. For revival of Indian economy government has to take some harsh decision against the common man. One month old government has already increased rail fare by 14.5%. Government is also planning to increase cooking gas prices and fuel prices.
These all decisions will be helpful for revival of Indian economy. It seems that government is more keen on revival of economy rather than issues of common man.
But I am not expecting anything positive for house buyers
from the upcoming union government budget.
