Now a days people are avoiding to buy a home at Megapolis, Distance from city, hospitals, malls, enough shopping center are not available near to this township. There is a one shopping center, dependency on few shops for daily needs makes it not a suitable place for families.

"It is very comfortable for us to go to office by walk, Distance between my office and Megapolis is less than 500 meters, so i chose Megapolis. I am a bachelors I stay here on sharing basis and most of the people are staying on rental basis at Megapolis" Raman Said
I also met one person who hold one unit at Sparklet Megapolis. I also asked some question to know his experience of Megapolis.
"I purchased one two bedroom apartment for investment purpose. I am getting good rental income, but now I decided to sale it.Now I came to know we need to get NOC from MIDC and also from Megapolis, It's a hassle process. Many buyers are not comfortable with this process and Megapolis management also does not allow the property consultant to sale my flat.
